How much will it cost?
Our prices for data storage are very competitive (we've never lost a piece of business we've quoted for) with discounts for large projects. Also there are no hidden extras. Every aspect of our tariff is discussed openly when agreeing terms of business. We number law firms, accountants, research houses, commercial companies and a major PLC amongst our customers.
List of Typical Charges
- Storage with full archive service: 1.25per box per quarter
- Storage defined by sealed box only: £1.00 per box per quarter
- Retrievals: £1.50 per box
- Returns: £1.50 per file/box
Transport
- Overnight via courier: £6.25 per sealed wallet (3" thick) or box up to 5 Kilos
- Immediate: 35p per mile
- Weekly "milk run" service: POA
- * New boxes, including supply & delivery of box, with label: £2.00 per box
Destruction
- By shredding on site: 25p per Kilo
- Incineration: POA
Acceptance of your documents into our archive
This can include supply of boxes, collation & packing, transport, database entry, preparation & supply of lists of all records in store for your use. Obviously the cost of all or whichever of these services you require needs to be discussed at the planning stage - we are infinitely flexible.
* Our standard box is 15" wide, 13" deep and 10" high. (holds approx. half a filing cabinet draw)
